Hotel's location was excellent and comfy, in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was really close to restaurants and shopping and the center.
My bed was too soft, unfortunately.

The efficient staff promptly addressed my needs and maintained a professional atmosphere throughout my stay.

We really enjoyed this staying. Came here for 3 days, the hotel was well-maintained, it had favourable location not far from the center of the building, restaurants and Altus. The room was brand-new & updated with patio, the couch.
The hotel staff was not very helpful.

The staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Altus were friendly and professional. We loved the spacious King Studio Suite, perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, and the room was quiet with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
The pool was unfortunately out of order .
